From frustration to relief with my car

I noticed a small mark on my door after a short visit, and searching for Bumper Scuff repair felt urgent as it looked worse than expected.

It happened near Bluewater Shopping Centre, where I had parked a bit too close. When I came back, the scratch was clearly visible, catching the eye every time I moved around the car.

Later that evening, I started looking online and came across a few options. After reading some feedback, I decided to contact AutoScratch. I sent a few photos and got a reply sooner than expected. The quote seemed reasonable, and booking a slot was simple. They suggested a visit that worked well with my schedule.

On the day, the technician arrived as planned and had a quick inspection at the damage. He started by wiping the area to remove any dirt. Then came sanding, which made me a bit uneasy at first. After that, he applied a filler where needed and carefully worked on colour check here matching. Watching the blending process was actually quite interesting. The final steps involved buffing, which really brought back the smoothness. Throughout, he explained things in a clear way, which helped me understand what was being done.

By the end, the scratch was barely noticeable, and the panel looked consistent again. I appreciated how practical it was to have everything done at my place without needing a garage visit. The whole process felt efficient, and the result gave me a lot of satisfaction. That said, I do think this type of service is best suited for light scratches rather than anything too extensive. Still, for my situation, it worked out really well, and I drove away feeling much better about my car again.
